This is a hotel in a wonderful location. So close to many attractions. Easy walking distance. There’s a train station nearby if you wanted to try explore using local transport. It is surrounded by many hotels, mostly tall high risers! This hotel has an olde charm and faded beauty, but I enjoyed soaking up the nostalgia of it. The staff are so lovely, courteous and polite. I would stay again. Maintenance and upgrading of the rooms needs attention to restore it to its formal glory. The swimming pool is maintained well. Breakfast has a variety of selections to suit many palates and diets.
