We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is very good, in walking distance to main city attraction, we had the view to Petronas twin towers from our room. MRT station is few steps away from the hotel entrance. The rooms are big enough, silent and comfort. The breakfast diversity is not perfect. You cannot find Mediterranean and Middle East tastes. And one more thing: the rooms are not voice proof. Overall, the Hotel satisfies you.

Excellent place to stay for a vacation with family- everything was perfect from room to friendly and cooperative staff and excellent breakfast! We had to leave early for airport, the staff packed breakfast for us on our request. Also it was Christmas time so we got a gingerbread man cookie but since I had 1 cookie and 2 kids the staff was nice enough to give both kids more cookies so they don’t fight! Kudos for their customer service!

This is a hotel in a wonderful location. So close to many attractions. Easy walking distance. There’s a train station nearby if you wanted to try explore using local transport. It is surrounded by many hotels, mostly tall high risers! This hotel has an olde charm and faded beauty, but I enjoyed soaking up the nostalgia of it. The staff are so lovely, courteous and polite. I would stay again. Maintenance and upgrading of the rooms needs attention to restore it to its formal glory. The swimming pool is maintained well. Breakfast has a variety of selections to suit many palates and diets.
